Healthy Eating and Exercising
What prevent me from eating health and exercising? I think I just like food too much and being lazy. I try to watch what I eat but its hard. I go running with my trainer like 2 -3 times a week. Whenever I ask my family to bring me some food, they always bring me healthy snacks now. :) I'm on the straight path, thanks to my daughter and my family.

That is really great that you have that little motivator in your life(your daughter)lol.Its alot easier to eat healthier when you have family their reminding you and bringing you the right snacks.
