Healthy Eating and Exercising
What prevent me from eating health and exercising? I think I just like food too much and being lazy. I try to watch what I eat but its hard. I go running with my trainer like 2 -3 times a week. Whenever I ask my family to bring me some food, they always bring me healthy snacks now. :) I'm on the straight path, thanks to my daughter and my family.
