Daily Health Assessment
Daily Assessments should occur for an early detection. It is important for the teachers to note any changes that may occur in a child's health. Sometimes it help the teacher to know/ and understand the child's current cognitive level, social, and emotional health. For an example if the teacher see someone teeth hurting, the teacher has the responsibility to make a referral for the sake of the child. I would make a daily assessment everyday on the children that not being on the right development at the age.

Childhood Memory of Eating with Someone
I have been fortunate that I have a lot of happy memories from my childhood eating with someone. One of my favorites memories was of my father making hot wings with me and my sister; coming together at the dinner table. We would bake the wings and put hot sauce on it as a whole family, we would do this twice a month. After, we have finish cooking, we would wash our hands and sat down around our circle dinner table. It was particularly important to me because my father had to leave to due to the nature of his job; and not able to spend a lot of time with us. To his credit he always tried to make time for family dinners, and while it wasn't as much as he would have liked, I always understood. I always been a big fan of hot wings, so when we make hot wings together, he always pulled out along some ranch. ( Everybody loves ranch) So, as you can see I associate making hot wings and spending time with my father at the dinner table a time of happiness.
